Reception hours
Our friendly reception staff are available to take your calls from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 12:30pm Saturdays.
Appointment times
Appointment times are in 15 minute intervals from 8:00am – 4:45pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30am – 12:15pm Saturday.
Home visits
Home visits are available to existing patients of this clinic. Home visit requests are triaged by the treating doctor, and are not suitable for emergencies.
We do out best to facilitate communication between you, your doctor, and other members of your health team. Please bear in mind that doctors are not available by phone. Messages and emails will be responded to in a timely manner, but the best way for you and your doctor to communicate is in person, in an appointment. Urgent phone calls are triaged by our clinical team. Please see our reception staff for our full Communications Policy.
